systemic consistency
Experienced similarity between heterogenous parts of the system. Dimensions of it can consist of information, visual appearance, interactive behavior and assistive capabilities. When consistent in the system level, reduces waiting, stress and cognitive load (re-learning and remembering) during transition from one part of the system to another. Systemic consistency plays a key role in creation of Systemic Value for Customer, emerging to a user when using a system of products and services under a time constraint.
