Eskimologist

Eskimologist
One who studies the Eskimo people.

During the later half of the 19th century interest was largely diverted to discussion of the typological character of Eskimo languages- whether they were polysynthetic in the same sense as many North American Indian languages are, as maintained, for instance, by the Danish Eskimologist Hinrik Rink (1891).
