experiential advertising

experiential advertising
Commercials designed to evoke strong sensory responses from the audience as opposed to pitching a rational sales message, also known as emotional advertising.

Commercials that make you want to run to the fridge for a soda or drive to the restaurant for a burger are examples of one type of experiential advertising.
